Guest Information

World-class golf with welcoming charm.

On The Crown Colony golf course, we’re dedicated to providing an excellent environment for golfers to play their best game of golf. We look forward to welcoming you to the Club and have outlined some specifics as they relate to our dress code, cell phone use, and other topics that may make your visit more enjoyable. The Club expects all members and guests to adhere to these standards.

Dress Code on the Golf Course

Members and guests should dress with taste, discretion, and consideration of other members and guests. Golf attire should be neat, tailored, and consistent with the standards of the Club and tradition of the game of golf. Day lockers are available in the clubhouse, and we ask that guests do not change into their golfing attire in the parking lot.

Gentlemen

Golf shirts must have a collar or must be a recognized golf club design, e.g., mock turtle or turtle neck. Shirts must be tucked into the trousers. Shorts must be of reasonable length. Slacks must be tailored, pressed, and not faded. Jeans/denim, sweat suits, yoga attire, and cargo pants are not permitted. Golf shoes with soft spikes only are permitted.

Ladies

Tank tops and low necklines are not permitted. Tops must be tucked in, except those with a banded bottom. Conservative shorts, skirts, and skorts must be of a reasonable length. Jeans/denim, sweat suits, yoga attire, and cargo pants are not permitted. Golf shoes with soft spikes only are permitted.

Dress Code in the Clubhouse and Patio

During the day, golf attire constitutes appropriate dress in the clubhouse. For evening events, casual dress is appropriate. Casual attire for men includes a collared shirt and shorts of reasonable length. Ladies should dress to a similar level of formality.

Evening Attire

Inappropriate evening attire for members and their guests (including children) includes cargo pants/shorts, tank tops, tee shirts, fishnet tops, cut‐offs, halter tops, sweat pants, swim attire, gym shorts, and flip‐flops. Caps or hats should not be worn in the clubhouse (acceptable for women). Shirts must be tucked in unless they are specifically designed to wear outside the pants or shorts. Dressier denim is permitted throughout the clubhouse and patio area unless designated by club management. Ripped or stained denim is inappropriate at all times.

Cell Phone Policy

Cell phone conversations are only permitted outside the grill/bar and dining rooms. While on Club property, all personal electronic devices are to be switched to silent mode (no ringing or beeping). Tablets, smart phones, e-readers, and any other interactive electronic devices are permitted for non-audible use anywhere on Club property, but members are urged to use these devices with discretion.

Smoking Policy

Smoking, including vaping and use of e-cigarettes, is not permitted anywhere in the clubhouse. Smoking is only permitted outside in the designated areas.
