The Golf Club at Crown Colony Membership Approves $12M Master Plan Renovation!
In April 2024, the membership of The Golf Club at Crown Colony voted resoundingly to approve significant capital investments into the golf course, clubhouse and amenities. The master plan renovation will be a $12 million-dollar investment set forth by the membership and is set to begin the spring of 2026 and be complete by the end of 2026.
Below you will find details of the Master Plan:
• Complete golf course renovation with everything NEW – irrigation, drainage, bunkers, tees, fairways, greens, roughs, cart paths, turf, etc.
• Wall to wall Platinum Paspalum turf
• Hole 16 will convert from a par 4 to par 5 – (already plays like a par 5…just ask the members!)
• Hole 18 will convert from a par 5 to par 4 – freeing up 2 acres of space for reimagined and robust practice facilities with dedicated full-length, two-sided range, short game and putting areas.
• The new practice facility will feature two sides at front and back of the range for practice/warm-up on one side and private lessons, clinics and schools on the other side. 18th
• New outdoor pavilion for food and beverage located directly behind the new 18th green – roughly 4,000 square feet – new center bar, televisions, fans, heaters and stunning view of the new green.
• The 18th hole will also become one of the club's most talked about holes, a spectacular dogleg left that finishes behind the clubhouse with a peninsula green.
